I just wanted to recommend a book to everyone called the Omnivores Dillemma. The author follows four different meals through their course in the food chain: An industrial meal (McDonalds), an industrial organic meal, a more than organic meal and finally a hunter/gatherer meal.
Can you guess which one is best?
Anyway, really good book.

Lol I'm guessing Hunter/Gatherer because it worked for aboriginal people all over the world for thousands of years.
And when they heard of the dead, some mocked... and others said we will hear thee again, of this matter - Acts 17:32
