In February 2004 Peter built a snow shelter in his backyard. Here are some
photos of the completed shelter. |

All you have to do is pile up the snow and then dig out
the inside. |
|
|
|
|
|
Peter chose to remove the snow from the inside all
through the single hole. |
|
|
|
|
|
Note the thickness of the walls/roof. This
is a pretty sturdy shelter. |
